The mind is free to concentrate. Starting your day with a good workout can help you burn more calories throughout the day and it will help improve your sleep at night.   3. Eat regular family meals. Why is family meal important? It is the question of the hour when all are busy in their own chores. Now more and more parents realize the importance of the shared family dinner time…that’s only time of the day which we share our daily ups and downs. By listening to what children have to say, you are saying, “I value what you do; I respect who you are and what you’re doing; what you do is important to me.” It helps in developing bond between the family members and reduce as well as sort conflicts between them.
