Commonly people use it for various techniques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HISTORY OF MEDITATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>According to archaeologists, meditation dates back to 5,000 BCE, and the practice itself has ties in ancient Egypt and China, Judaism, Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism and Buddhism.<\/li>\n<li>According to the <em style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Vedic scriptures,\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">meditation&#8217;s true purpose was to connect to the inner self and realise life&#8217;s purpose AS A HUMAN BEING.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the past,\u00a0India\u00a0had the distinction of being regarded as a World Teacher. In our time, the Ganges of Truth is once again flowing out from\u00a0India\u00a0to a thirsty world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT IS ANAPANA MEDITATION?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anapana meditation is an invaluable technique from ancient India, which can help us to live a balanced and peaceful life in every situation.<\/p>\n<p>Anapana means observation of natural, normal respiration, as it comes in and as it goes out.\u00a0\u00a0It\u00a0is the first step in the practice of\u00a0Vipassana.\u00a0Anapana meditation is very different from techniques that are based on the artificial regulation of breath.
